I have been getting terrible ear infections lately….and I was just wondering why and how can I prevent these in the future. Should I take more vitamin C and Zinc? Suggestions please?? (natural only)!

Or even over the counter medicines. (Although I’ve been using
over the counter medicines and they don’t seem to be working).

I have endometrosis….I had two large cysts removed this past Feburary….I refused conventional medicine because of many reasons, one being that the meds would stop my mentrual periods and so on…and that is not what I want…..I talked to an herbalist…they recommended a few herbs such as Red Clover …is there anyone else that knows any natural and effective cures for this?…..would appreciate any advice…Thanks!

So yeah after everything that I’ve been through here in Mexico i now have pink eye…Mexico hates me haha. does anyone know some cures for pink eye

I read “Natural Cures they dont want you to know” Kevin Trudeou…it has good general informationon the subject but not specific..I like some books from real doctors not the Gimmicks like that infomercal dude with the bo-tie
