Every time I think I found something promising, there always is a catch and overwelming prices. I need a solution to end this permantly with no cost. I really want to feel good about my skin. Can anyone help?

I am 30-years-old and have been typing daily for about 10 years. My right hand has a lot of pain and stiffness, as well as swollen joints and knuckles. I am wondering if there is anything I can do besides quitting my job or getting surgery!
