Im So Sick Of Searching For Ways To Heal And Permantly Get Rid Of Acne. Dose Anyone Know Of Any Natural Cures?
Every time I think I found something promising, there always is a catch and overwelming prices. I need a solution to end this permantly with no cost. I really want to feel good about my skin. Can anyone help?
Beware of using any products for acne unless they have been prescribed or recommended by your doctor. People make all kinds of suggestions about the best thing to do to cure acne. Some cures I’ve heard include putting oatmeal, honey, lemon juice, tea tree oil, cucumber, vinegar, milk of magnesia or toothpaste on your face. Practically every cosmetics company and company that makes personal care products makes something that is a “sure cure” for acne. If we think about this, and use some common sense, we have to come to the conclusion that there is no quick or easy cure for acne, because if there was it would be well known and doctors would be telling everyone about it.
Numerous companies make a lot of money persuading people to buy products that at worst will make the acne worse, and at best may help some people a little. Often fewer products are better. People often make their acne much worse by using too many products. There really is no quick fix for acne. Don’t spend a lot of money on products just because their ads say that they will cure acne. Your doctor is the best person to ask for help, and he or she may recommend some prescription medication or non-prescription treatment that may be suitable for you..
There are some very simple and basic things you can do that cost nothing. Keep your face or any other area affected by acne very clean. Any mild antibacterial soap will help with that. Rinse the area well to remove all soap residue. Drink plenty of water – it really does help to clear up acne. Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep. A healthy life style will make a difference. Try to reduce the stress in your life – stress contributes to acne, so also probably the more you worry about the acne and focus on it, the worse it will be.
Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.

To get started you’ll need a mild cleanser, plenty of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide and a good moisturizer. Once you have the products you need, follow the step-by-step instructions. It is simple yet incredibly effective.
Gentle face wash: A gentle face wash will help prepare your skin for benzoyl peroxide. Removing surface oils allows the benzoyl peroxide to penetrate more easily. Washing very gently helps avoid irritation. While scientists and doctors do not know exactly what causes acne, we do know that irritation alone can make it worse.
Plenty of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide: Benzoyl peroxide oxygenates skin. Acne bacteria cannot live in oxygenated environments. Benzoyl peroxide is also a mild drying and peeling agent which is thought to help keep pores from clogging. On the Regimen you’ll be using 2.5% benzoyl peroxide because clinical studies have shown it is just as effective as 5% and 10% but much less irritating. Remember, irritation alone can aggravate acne. I found that using lots of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide is incredibly effective. Why apply so much? Nobody knows for sure why this works so amazingly well but myself and thousands of others have had great success using this method. My theory is that applying more simply allows it to penetrate more deeply into the skin.
Good moisturizer: Because you’ll be using lots of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, your skin will most likely be dry and a little flaky. Applying a good moisturizer will help keep your skin in balance and allow you to go out into public with non-flaky, normal looking skin.
I’ve had acne since I was 14 or 15 and I’m 25 and still get it, but not 1/2 as bad as I used to. My dermatoligist told me to stop eating milk products….supposedly makes acne worse. Lately I’ve been scrubbing my face every night with sugar, its supposed to help if you’re skin is dry but it seems to be getting rid of my zits also, they definitely shrink down faster anyway. I’m also really lazy, I hate washing my face every morning and every night, but I’ve been doing that more lately and it has also definitely helped. I still get a couple here and there, but nothing like I used to, all over my face.
Exercise, regularly exercising causes you to sweat which naturally cleanses your pores. However it is very important to cleanse your skin with a non fragrance soap right after you exercise, and it will not cost you anything but time to run outside or whatever you can do. Plus you will look and feel better also.
Below are presented a couple of things you need to do as a part of acne pimples home remedy treatment:
Gently apply fresh limejuice on pimples and blackheads.
Dab the mixture made by combining 1 tsp fresh coriander powder and a pinch of turmeric powder on the pimples, while going to bed in the night and wash it off when you wake up the next morning.
Take a few fresh curry leaves and make a paste. Apply the paste on the acne-affected area and keep it overnight and wash it off with warm water the next morning.
Apply the paste made of nutmeg (Jaiphal) and raw milk on acne and wash it off after 20 minutes. Do it for about 10-12 days and see the magical effects.
Google “101 uses of thieves oil” i just discovered this miracle oil and i will tell you hands down, this stuff is amazing. God in a bottle!!! it’s about 40.00 and worth every penny. it’s an anti-microbial, anti-viral…everything. i put 5 drops in boiling water and had my extremely sick son inhale the vapors and the next morning he was completely un-conjested. i got a cold sore 4 days ago and put it directly on it and it turned yellow and dried up in 15 min. it works for EVERYTHING, even acne. good luck.
I had very bad acne when I was younger. The Dermatologist linked it to a food source I had to give up. Mine was actually milk, but think about yours. You also need to wash your face several times daily with non- fatty soap and your clean hands. Do not scrub with a washrag as that would aggravate. If my skin started feeling oily later using a cotton ball with some Witch hazel on it always helped. (It is a cheap astringent found at any drugstore.)
Acne!
Ugh.. I hate it. I’m 17 and female! Your hormones are already etchy because you’re a teenager! Then you have a period which makes it 10x worse! I’ve tried just about everything out there.
The best thing I can tell you to do is wash your face with soap and warm water 2 times a day. It helps a lot and if you ever get that oily feeling on your face.. wash it. In the summer I have to wash my face a lot because I get so oily.
But I tan in tanning beds. The sun is a natural cure for a lot of things. It helps with acne! and it’s free. If you live in a warm climate you can sit outside for a good hour reading or doing the yard. Just the sun on your face will help clear it up! If you have the 40 dollars to get a months subscription to a tanning bed.. go. It works quicker and it makes my blues go away.
Sorry if I didn’t help you! But this is what I do and it works the best. If you can’t afford to sit in the sun because you have allergic reactions to the sun or something.. try Clean and Clear. It’s in a purple bottle at Wal-Mart. It has scrubbing pads inside and it takes the oil off your face. After I wash my face I put this on. It helps my face feel cleaner. It burns for a little bit if you have acne on your face at the time but that just means it’s working and it eventually goes away if you walk around.
They also have Neutragenia (sp?) pads there. You just put them under water and rub the pad together to make it soapy. It gave me an allergic reaction and I had a horrible rash all over my face and had to get treated for it. I’m not sure if it works but a lot of people say it does. My mother used it when she would get acne breakouts and it worked for her..
Good luck!
everyone is different and if you are a yound adult/teenager it is probably hormonal. but just remember, everything you put in your body comes out. if you are putting alot of unnatural, processed, and deep fried foods in what do you think is going to come out? i don’t know how you eat now, but it’s worth giving eating healthy for a week or two a chance, right? — oh, and change your pillowcast EVERY night so that the oils on it from the previous night dont come in contact with your skin agian
