Ive suffered from hayfever for years, and i am on prescription antihistamines, but they still dont seem to have that much of an effect. My doctor said theres not really any other more efective pills i could take. However i have heard about alternative methods of treatment such as small laser pulses up your nose you can do at home, with a kit from Boots or the like. Has anyone tried these and been sucessful or know of any other methods??
Any help appreciated!

   I’ve heard of this, but I don’t have hay fever so I’ve never tried it. Take a bottle of saline solution and tilt your head back and fill your nasel cavities with it. Then flush it out, It will be very messy and be little uncomfortable, so you would want to do this in your tub or shower.I’ve heard this is avery good clesansing practice you might get used to doing on a regular basis.    hi,
   frankly I have not heard of laser pulse Rx,but yes simply avoid allergens like pollens and building your immunity is sure and steadfast way. Also dont depend on antihistamines as they may be sedating.
